AAA is seeking to enhance the quality and responsiveness of its emergency road service sector by implementing a Preferred Service Provider Program (PSP). This innovative concept allows AAA to continue to deliver the highest quality emergency road service in North America while providing exclusive benefits to our providers.
Why does the PSP program exist?
The PSP program enhances the relationship between the service provider and AAA by offering a unique business opportunity that includes a wide range of provider benefits. As a member of the PSP program, the provider may realize efficiencies and cost savings by working with a single motor club while also taking advantage of exclusive savings opportunities through AAA preferred suppliers.
This program was carefully designed to benefit all parties involved: AAA members, local clubs and service providers. It maintains AAA’s long-standing leadership role in the ERS industry, and makes good business sense for participating AAA independent service providers.
What will AAA offer to service providers who sign agreements?
Benefits include but are not limited to:
- Special training and technical updates
- Equipment/vehicle financing programs
- Discount parts program
- Discounted towing equipment, uniform program, and a fleet fuel program
What would be required of the service provider?
Service providers agree to:
- Raise the level of service provided to AAA members
- Drivers must present a uniform appearance
- Drivers must complete AAA training in vehicle operation, ERS trouble-shooting and member service
Will AAA offer higher payments to service providers in return for preferred service?
With this program, AAA goes beyond a traditional pay-per-call relationship and offers a more comprehensive compensation package that is based on the needs of our service providers and is tied to their performance.
